Del Mar, Calif., October 5, 2007 – The San Diego chapter of the American Electronics Association (AeA), the nation’s largest high tech industry association that recognizes local technology companies for their achievements in technological innovation, civic contributions and industry accomplishment, has announced that the Jitterbug® cell phone and service is a finalist in the Communications Product and Services category. This year marks the 14th anniversary of the awards and the finalists will be judged by a cross section of local technology leaders.

Winners of this year’s awards, who are judged on outstanding achievement, will be announced on Oct. 19 at the Hilton Torrey Pines in La Jolla with more than 500 technology professionals in attendance from the Greater San Diego area.
