As a Jitterbug customer, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and we want you
to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you decide to return your Jitterbug, we will gladly refund
your money. We will also refund the first month’s service charge and the cost of the phone, plus
applicable taxes. The activation fee and shipping charges are not refundable.
How do I return my Jitterbug phone?
We’ve made the return process easy and convenient. Just follow the simple guidelines we’ve
provided for
you here:
Steps for returning your Jitterbug phone:
- Call our, friendly Customer Service experts 24 hours a day, seven days a week
at
1-800-733-6632 to cancel your service.
- You will receive a return authorization number, address and instructions for return.
If your Jitterbug
was purchased from a retail location, it must be
returned to that location and is
subject to the store’s return policy.
- You may return your phone if you have used less than 30 minutes within 30 days from
the date of purchase.
- Please return your Jitterbug phone in its original box with all components and materials.
The
Jitterbug must be in "like new" condition to be eligible for a refund.*
*$35 activation fee and shipping are non-refundable.
