Q: How do I use the MyJitterbug.com website?
A: Access to MyJitterbug.com is available through our main Jitterbug website. Simply go
online and visit
www.jitterbug.com and you will find the “MyJitterbug” option in the upper right
hand corner of the menu bar. Click on “MyJitterbug,” and you will be directed to the MyJitterbug
member log in page. Select CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. This will direct you to a short registration
form where you’ll create a password for your personal Jitterbug account. Once you have completed
this process you can update your Phone Book, review your remaining monthly minutes, view your
monthly bill and update your personal information. Simply enter all of the names and phone
numbers (with area code) you would like to appear on your Phone Book and save your information.
Your change will update the list used by our Operators and will also update your Jitterbug phone,
assuming you're in an area covered by updating service. Changes to your Phone Book should occur
within moments and up to a day after your online update. Please make sure your Jitterbug is powered
on before updating your Phone Book.
