Q: If I switch my service to Jitterbug will I be able to keep my existing cell phone number?

A: Yes, we offer phone number portability to all of our customers who transfer to Jitterbug from another wireless provider.¹ This allows you the option to retain and transfer your existing cell phone number to your new Jitterbug phone, providing that number is still available at the time you make the request. You will receive information for completing a phone number transfer when you purchase your Jitterbug directly or at time of activation if purchased at a retail store. You will be able to use your Jitterbug phone, with your existing number, once the transfer process is complete.
