Q: How do I return my Jitterbug J?

A: In the event you decide to return your Jitterbug, simply follow the steps below to obtain your refund, regardless of where you purchased your Jitterbug.* Even if you purchased your phone at a retail store, please follow the steps below before returning it to the store.

Steps for returning your Jitterbug phone:

  1. Whether you purchased your Jitterbug through our telesales department or from a retail store, our friendly Customer Service agents are always here to help. Simply call 1-800-733-6632 to cancel your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. If you purchased your Jitterbug through our telesales department, your friendly Jitterbug representative will provide you with a return authorization number, address and instructions for return. If the phone was purchased from a retail location, it must be returned to that location and is subject to the stores' return policy.
  3. Please return your Jitterbug phone in its original box with all components and materials. The Jitterbug must be in "like new" condition to be eligible for a refund.*
  4. One of our friendly Customer Service representatives will direct you to where you can return your Jitterbug phone.
*$35 activation fee and shipping are non-refundable.
