A: In the event you decide to return your Jitterbug, simply follow the steps below to obtain your refund,
regardless of where you purchased your Jitterbug.* Even if you purchased your phone at a retail store, please
follow the steps below before returning it to the store.
Steps for returning your Jitterbug phone:
- Whether you purchased your Jitterbug through our telesales department or from a retail
store, our friendly Customer Service agents are always here to help. Simply call 1-800-733-6632
to cancel your service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- If you purchased your Jitterbug through our telesales department, your friendly
Jitterbug representative will provide you with a return authorization number, address and
instructions for return. If the phone was purchased from a retail location, it must be
returned to that location and is subject to the stores' return policy.
- Please return your Jitterbug phone in its original box with all components and
materials. The Jitterbug must be in "like new" condition to be eligible for a refund.*
- One of our friendly Customer Service representatives will direct you to where
you can return your Jitterbug phone.
*$35 activation fee and shipping are non-refundable.
