Q: How do I set up and edit my Medication Reminders?

A: To ensure the service works within your lifestyle, you can tell us exactly how you want to receive your Medication Reminders by specifying exact medicines, or grouping medications to your preference (for example: Breakfast Medications).

When you are ready to set up your calls, just have the following information handy:

• Have your prescriptions handy. Be sure you know the name, dosage and unit (for example: tablet)
• Know which medications you take and when. We have provided a helpful worksheet on page 23 of your Medication Reminders Welcome Guide. Click here to view the Medication Reminders Welcome Guide, for a Jitterbug phone.
• Know your refill information. If planning to use the refill reminder service, please have the name and phone number of the pharmacy where you fill your prescriptions, how much supply you have, as well as the next due date.

Once you are enrolled in Medication Reminders service can set up and edit your Medication Reminders by phone or online:

• By Phone: Once you are enrolled in the service, you can call a MyLife Representative at 1-888-767-6288 who can assist you with setting up your schedule and prescription refill reminders or adjust your settings.

• *PLEASE NOTE: Regular airtime charges apply for the duration of the call.
• Online: We’ve made it easy to set up and manage your account online. Just log into your personal account on Myjitterbug.com.
• On the right side of your welcome screen, click on “MyServices” link and you will be taken to the “MyServices” page.
• Click on the red “Go Here” button in the tab named “Medication Reminders” to visit your Medication Reminders home screen.
• You will see 4 tabs on the left side of the page, which you can click to do the following:
• Edit your medications and reminder schedule
• Edit your prescription refills
• View your medication compliance
• Update your overall settings

The Health and Wellness system will begin calling you within 24 hours of setting up your Medication Reminders so that you can easily to keep up-to-date with your prescription schedule.
