Q: If I’m going on vacation, can I suspend my Medication Reminders?
A: Your Medication Reminders can be temporarily suspended at your request. If you would like to
temporarily suspend your Medication Reminders service, you can do so by phone or online:
- By Phone: Call a MyLife Representative anytime at 1-888-767-6288 to temporarily suspend your
Medication Reminders.
*PLEASE NOTE: Regular airtime charges apply for the duration of the call.
- Online: We’ve made it easy to temporarily suspend your Medication Reminders online. Just log into
your personal account on Myjitterbug.com.
- On the right side of your welcome screen, click on “MyServices” link and you will be taken to the
“MyServices” page.
- Click on the red “Go Here” button in the tab named “Medication Reminders” to visit your Medication
Reminders home screen.
- Click on the “My Settings” tab. A pop-up will appear with the option to change the “Status of my
Medication Reminders.” Click on the arrow from the drop down to select “Off.”
- Press the “Save” button to temporarily suspend your account.

*PLEASE NOTE: Temporarily suspending Medication Reminders DOES NOT disconnect the service or suspend monthly billing.
