A: If you wish to cancel your Jitterbug Roadside Assistance membership, please call Jitterbug Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632. Your Roadside Assistance membership benefits will remain in effect until the end of your current billing period. As your membership expires at the end of your monthly billing cycle, you will not receive a prorated refund of the monthly service fees upon cancellation.
