Q: Are there conditions to obtaining a replacement?
A: No. After you add this service to your Jitterbug plan for $4 per month, you may
request a replacement phone for any reason once within a 12-month period from your date of
enrollment. New Jitterbug customers have 30 days from the date of activation to add the
service and there is a 60-day waiting period once you enroll.
