Q: After I add the Handset Replacement option to my phone, how soon can I replace my Jitterbug phone?

A: There is a 60-day waiting period based on the date of your enrollment in the Handset Replacement program. After this waiting period, we’ll replace your phone for any reason, no questions asked, once per year.
