Q: Can I cancel the Handset Replacement option?

A: Yes. You may cancel the Handset Replacement option at any time by calling Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632. If you cancel Handset Replacement, you are still eligible for a replacement phone through the end of your current billing period. Once you cancel the Handset Replacement option, you are not eligible to re-enroll in the Handset Replacement option for that same phone.
