Q: How do I access the Health Information Library?

A: There are two ways that you can access the Health Information Library:

1. Request a topic number from the live nurse. The nurse will transfer you to the Health Information Library where you will enter the topic number.
2. The nurse will read the requested topic information directly to you allowing an opportunity for questions and answers.
