A: Existing Jitterbug customers can add CompleteCare to their plan at any time by calling Jitterbug Customer Service at 800-733-6632. We are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. New Jitterbug customers can enroll when ordering a Jitterbug phone directly from Jitterbug. If you purchase a Jitterbug from a retail location, you can enroll at the time of phone activation.
