Q: If I have more than one phone on my account or have a Simply Share plan, do I need to add CompleteCare to every phone?

A: The Jitterbug CompleteCare Bundle is a “per phone” subscription service. You choose which phone on the account will have these three helpful services - Jitterbug LiveNurse™, Jitterbug Roadside Assistance and Jitterbug Handset Replacement. If you’d like to add the CompleteCare Bundle to another Jitterbug phone for an additional $9 per month, simply call Jitterbug Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632.
