Q: How do I cancel the Jitterbug CompleteCare Bundle?

A: If for any reason you wish to cancel your Jitterbug CompleteCare Bundle, please call Jitterbug Customer Service at
1-800-733-6632. If you decide to cancel your CompleteCare Bundle, please keep in mind that your membership expires at the end of your monthly billing period, and you will not receive a prorated refund of monthly service fees upon cancellation.

NOTE: Once you cancel the Handset Replacement option, you are not eligible to re-enroll in the Handset replacement option for that same phone.
