About the Jitterbug CompleteCareTM Bundle

Q: If I cancel part of my Jitterbug CompleteCare Bundle, will I lose all of my existing benefits?

A: No, you can cancel one or more components of the bundle without impacting your benefits of the remaining services. The only impact is pricing. If for any reason you wish to cancel part of your Jitterbug CompleteCare Bundle, please call Jitterbug Customer Service at 1-800-733-6632 and let them know what services you would like to keep. You will see a $4 monthly charge per service that you keep. You will see a $4 monthly charge per service that you retain. If you decide to cancel your entire CompleteCare Bundle, please be aware that your membership expires at the end of your monthly billing period, and you will not receive a prorated refund of monthly service fees upon cancellation.

NOTE: Once you cancel the Handset Replacement option, you are not eligible to re-enroll in the Handset replacement option for that same phone.
