Once you activate your new Jitterbug, you have 60 days to add Jitterbug Handset Replacement to your plan. If you have already added the Jitterbug Handset Replacement option to your Jitterbug account and wish to replace your Jitterbug phone, simply give us a call at 1-800-733-6632. Once we have your information we will send you a refurbished Jitterbug. You will receive your replacement phone within seven days. There is a fee of $25 for this service. Three day expedited delivery is also available for an additional $10. Your Samsung warranty is not applicable to this replacement phone. There is a maximum of one replacement phone per 12-month period.
