Replacement option We all know accidents happen. Give yourself a little peace of mind by adding the Jitterbug Handset Replacement option to your account. For only $4 a month*, we'll replace your Jitterbug phone–no questions asked. If you lose it, break it, or your dog decides to bury it, everything will be okay. Whatever the situation, with the Jitterbug Handset Replacement option you simply give us a call and we'll replace your Jitterbug.

Handset replacement procedure
To replace your Jitterbug phone simply give us a call at 1-800-733-6632. Once we have your information we will send you a refurbished Jitterbug. You will receive your replacement phone within seven days. There is a fee of $25 for this service. Three day expedited delivery is also available for an additional $10. Your Samsung warranty is not applicable to this replacement phone. There is a maximum of one replacement phone per 12-month period.
